Purpose of the service
Membersfai provides access to the software and features described in the subscribed plan. The owner manages their organization’s users and is responsible for the data they enter.
Price and subscription
Before payment, the final amount in MXN, taxes, capacity and billing frequency are shown. Proposals under review are not an offer enabled for payment. The account is set up after provider confirmation.
Renewal and cancellation
New contracts are monthly and renew using the authorized payment method. The owner can cancel future renewals while retaining the period already paid for. Capacity changes are confirmed through support.
Failed renewal
New subscriptions are granted a seven-day grace period. When it ends, operations are restricted and the owner retains access to resolve payment.
Account setup
The new account starts without demonstration data. If setup needs to be retried, the confirmed payment is retained and is not charged again.
Additional services
Hardware, installation, professional services and integrations not expressly included are agreed separately. System receipts are not presented as tax invoices.
Service provider and final terms
The provider’s identity, address, support channel and final terms will be confirmed before product subscriptions are enabled. These texts do not change previous contracts.
